Retelit affiliates at the Metro Ethernet Forum

Retelit is looking forward in the innovation of its Carrier Ethernet services becoming a member of the International Association "Metro Ethernet Forum"
The MEF’s mission is to accelerate the worldwide adoption of Carrier-class Ethernet networks and services, build consensus and unite service providers, equipment vendors and end customers on Carrier Ethernet service definition, technical specifications and interoperability.
Moreover the mission of Metro Ethernet Forum is to certify the use of association standard for the products, hardware and technician.
The MEF association is a global industry alliance comprising more than 220 organizations including telecommunications service providers, cable MSOs, network equipment, software manufacturers, semiconductors vendors and testing organizations.
Participating at the association Retelit is committed to continuously follow the technological innovation and obtain the MEF certification for its own Carrier Ethernet services following the standards in order to be more flexible and to keep up with the demands of International Carrier Market.
