Agreement signed with the US Institutional Investor Global Emerging Markets Limited

On 24 November 2014, Retelit stipulated an investment agreement with Global Emerging Markets Limited (GEM), which foresees a reserved capital increase, with the exclusion of the option right, for € 25 million, through the use of an Equity Line of Credit. Retelit will also issue warrants in favour of GEM for an additional € 5 million, which can be exercised within three years of the issue date at a price of € 1 per share.
