Resignation of CFO and Executive Officer for Financial Reporting

Retelit S.p.A. (“Retelit” or the “company”) announces that Mr. Fabio Bortolotti has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and executive officer for financial reporting of the company, to explore a differing professional role.
In order to ensure a smooth transition, Mr. Fabio Bortolotti shall act as Chief Financial Officer and executive officer for financial reporting of Retelit, managing ordinary ordinary operations, until after the Shareholders’ Meeting called for April 24 to approve the financial statements at December 31, 2018. His departure date shall be subsequently announced.
The company thanks Mr. Bortolotti for his contribution to the Retelit Group’s turnaround and development. Mr. Bortolotti in turn thanks the company for the professional experience he has gained over three and a half years at the Group.
Mr. Bortolotti holds, on the basis of the information available to the company, 15,000 Retelit shares.
