Accessibility Feedback
At Retelit, digital accessibility is not just a regulatory obligation, but a core value. We believe that technology should be an inclusive tool, capable of meeting the needs of all people, regardless of their abilities or conditions.
In compliance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and the relevant Italian legislation, we are committed to ensuring that all portals of our Group, applications, and telephone services are accessible to everyone, promoting equal opportunities to access information and services.
Currently, our websites are not yet fully compliant with accessibility requirements, but we are actively working to bring them into compliance as soon as possible.
We are aware that accessibility is an ongoing process of improvement. For this reason, we value every report that can help us identify barriers and implement corrective actions.
If you experience difficulties using our tools, we invite you to complete the contact form below. Every feedback is an opportunity for us to improve.
