The Retelit Group, in accordance with Italian Competition Authority (AGCOM) Resolution 9/23/CONS on "systems for the protection of minors from the risks of cyberspace" has begun the adaptation of its processes and systems in order to accommodate any blocking requests from its private customers, effective November 21, 2023.

The service provides content blocking at the request of the contract-holding customer. In the case of both APP-based and DNS-based solutions, Retelit relies on the content categories specified by its technology partners. In the DNS-based solution, the Retelit Group's technology partner adopts the content categories specified in the "Guidelines" contained in the AGCOM resolution.

Application perimeter and accommodation of customer requests.

Landline: the customer should call the toll-free (green) number 800.585.383 to request further clarification, and in case he/she wants to do so, by being recognized as the contract holder, he/she can request the blocking of the above content.

Mobile network: customers can call 4060 from their SIM card to ask for further clarification and where they wish to do so, can install the "Google Family Link" APP which is currently available free of charge for both Android and IOS devices, as expressly provided for in the "Guidelines" of the resolution.

Service recipients are private customers of the Retelit Group and its subsidiaries.
