Retelit Announces the appointment of Equita SIM S.p.A. as specialist on the electronic share market (MTA) of Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

Retelit S.p.A, one of the leading Italian providers of data services and infrastructure for the telecommunications market, advises that as from Monday 15 July 2013, EQUITA SIM S.p.A. will be the specialist operator on the Electronic Share Market (MTA) for Retelit S.p.A. ordinary shares ("Shares"), pursuant to article 4.4.1 of the Regulation ("Regulation") of Markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (“Borsa Italiana”).
