With reference to the news regarding the company activity carried out in Italy and abroad, or rather regarding some of the Directors and Shareholders, spread recently on websites via articles and blogs, the Company wishes to affirm that this news and information is incorrect, false and groundless.
The Company considers these false and malicious news stories as potentially capable of leaving third-parties with an inaccurate representation of the facts, and thus capable of altering the course of its financial instruments.
The Company has today, therefore, sent a formal statement of events to the relevant authorities and to CONSOB, the Italian Securities and Exchange Commission, to better safeguard its own rights and interests and those of the market in general. The Company reserves the right to take further necessary action with the relevant national and foreign authorities.
