LAUNCH OF THE ORDINARY RETELIT S.P.A. SHARE BUY-BACK PROGRAMME BY THE SUBSIDIARY RETELIT DIGITAL SERVICES S.P.A.

Retelit S.p.A. (“Retelit” or the “company”), in accordance with Article 144-bis of the regulation adopted with CONSOB motion No. 11971/1999 (the “Issuers’ Regulation”) and Article 2 of Delegated Regulation (EC) No. 1052/2016, notes that the buy-back program for ordinary Retelit shares (the “Shares”) by the wholly-owned subsidiary Retelit Digital Services S.p.A. (“Retelit Digital Services” or the “subsidiary”) shall commence from November 11, 2019.
