CLARIFICATION ON LOAN CONTRACT SIGNED WITH SYNDICATE OF LEADING BANKS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF BRENNERCOM S.P.A.

Retelit S.p.A. (MTA: LIT.MI), following the press release of March 20, 2020 regarding the obtaining by the subsidiary Retelit Digital Services of a loan for the acquisition of Brennercom, as well as the estimates issued by some analysts, it should be noted that the interest rate under the loan agreement is, for the first credit line, at the six-month EURIBOR rate plus 260 basis points and, for the second credit line, at the six-month EURIBOR rate plus 270 basis points.
