(the "Company") announces that the slates of candidates for the position of director and statutory auditor are available to the public at the Company's registered office in Milan, Via Pola No. 9, on the Company's website www.retelit.it (section Investors / Corporate governance / Shareholders' Meetings) and on the storage mechanism "1Info", which can be consulted at the address www.1info.it, accompanied by the relevant documentation in accordance with the regulations in force and submitted by the deadline of April 25.
