Shareholders' Agreement between Athesia and the former Shareholders of PA Group

Retelit S.p.A. announces today receipt of communication regarding the signing, on April 23, 2021, of a shareholders’ agreement as per Article 122, paragraphs 1 and 5, lett. a) and b) of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 between three companies of the Athesia Group and the former shareholders of the Group headed by the company Partners Associates S.p.A. - recently acquired by Retelit Group - (the “Agreement”).
