Retelit board of directors approves establishment of Retelit USA

The Retelit S.p.A. Board of Directors, in a meeting today, resolved on the establishment of Retelit USA, as a Limited Liability Company (LLC), registered in the State of Delaware (USA). Retelit USA LLC, a subsidiary of Retelit S.p.A., has established its headquarters at Castle Rock, 316 Wilcox Street, CO 80104 (Colorado - USA).
