The European Regulation 2022/2065, known as the Digital Services Act (DSA), applicable from 17 February 2024, aims to ensure the proper functioning of intermediary services in the digital market (mere conduit, caching, hosting and online platforms) by establishing harmonized rules to guarantee a safe digital environment in which fundamental rights are respected, including the principle of User protection.
Regarding the DSA, English and Italian are the languages to be used for communication with Users and with the companies of the Retelit Group, represented by the parent company Retelit S.p.A. (hereinafter “RETELIT”).
In compliance with the DSA, RETELIT provides the following contact points, valid for each company of the Group:
- For national and EU authorities (communications under Articles 9; 10; 11 DSA, in Italian or English): hosting" services and must be "sufficiently precise and adequately substantiated", meaning they must include the following elements:
a. The reasons why the person or entity believes that the information in question constitutes illegal content; b. A clear indication of the exact electronic location of the information, such as the precise address or addresses (URLs) and, if necessary, additional information that allows identification of the illegal content, taking into account the nature of the content and the specific type of information storage service; c. The name and email address of the person or entity submitting the notification, except in cases of offenses under Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU; d. A declaration by which the person or entity submitting the notification confirms that they believe in good faith that the information and statements contained therein are accurate and complete.If the above requirements are not met, the notifications will not be taken into consideration.

Transparency Report (Art. 15):
In compliance with the DSA Regulation, RETELIT prepares an annual Transparency Report, as provided for in Articles 15 et seq. of the DSA.
