Board of Directors of Retelit S.p.A.

During its meeting today, the Board of Directors of Retelit S.p.A., after having determined that he met the requirements of integrity and professionalism and obtained a favourable opinion from the Board of Statutory Auditors, approved the appointment, effective immediately, of Fabio Bortolotti - the Group's new CEO appointed on 12 November 2015 in replacement of Antonio Maconi - manager responsible for financial reporting pursuant to Art. 154-bis of Legislative Decree 58 of 24 February 1998.
