Clarification regarding Reuters article dated 23 June 2015

In response to a request from CONSOB concerning the article published on today’s date by the agency Reuters, Retelit S.p.A. would like to clarify that, given its positive performance in the first few months of the year, it is conceivable that the company may return to profitability in 2016, barring unforeseeable components of an extraordinary nature.
