The Board of Directors of e-via S.p.a. has appointed Federico Protto as CEO

In a meeting today chaired by Dario Pardi, the Board of Directors of E-Via S.p.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of Retelit S.p.A., appointed Federico Protto as CEO of the Company, granting him administrative powers, in compliance with the applicable legal, regulatory and corporate-governance provisions.
