Winding up of Retelit USA LLC

The Board of Directors of Retelit S.p.A., which met today under Board Chairman Dario Pardi, mandated the Chief Executive Officer Federico Protto to proceed with winding up of Retelit USA LLC, a company wholly owned by Retelit SpA.
Retelit USA LLC was established in June 2014 with a share capital of 1.00 US dollar, and registered in the state of Delaware (USA). It is not consolidated, nor is it operational.
While confirming Retelit's commitment and interest in international expansion, the Board of Directors deemed that the recently established company was not instrumental to the Group's development.
