Loan contract stipulated for 30 Million Euros with a pool of major Banks to allow for the development of the AAE-1 Project

(MTA: LIT.MI) reports that it has today stipulated the loan contract, through its subsidiary e-via S.p.A., the resolution of which was disclosed to the market on 18 December 2015; the pool comprises Unicredit S.p.A., as agent bank, Banca Popolare di Milano Soc. Coop. a.r.l. and MPS Capital Services Banca per le Imprese S.p.A..
