The Board of Directors of Retelit S.p.A. has verified that the directors satisfy independence requirements.

During its session today, the Board of Directors of Retelit S.p.A. reviewed specific forms completed by the persons concerned and verified that the directors satisfied the independence requirements laid down in Article 147-ter (4) and Article 148 (3) of Italy's Consolidated Law on Finance and Article 3 of the Self-Governance Code for Listed Companies.
