Exercise of the second call option by Fiber 4.0 S.p.A.

Following on from the public announcement made by Consob as per Article 122 of the Consob Regulation adopted with motion No. 11971/1999 (Issuers' Regulation), Retelit S.p.A. (the "company") communicates having received notice from the shareholder Fiber 4.0 S.p.A. ("Fiber 4.0@( regarding exercise of the second call option permitted under the shareholders agreement announced on February 15 this year *and no longer in force(. Following exercise of the second call option, Fiber 4.0 now holds 12.82% of the company-s share capital. A copy of the declaration made by Fiber 4.0 as per Article 120, paragraph 4/bis, Legs. Decree 58/1998 (CFA) is attached.
