Fiber 4.0 srl - Acquisition of 8,97% Holding in Retelit S.p.A.

Retelit announces that on March 13, 2018 Fiber 4.0 Srl acquired, outside of market trading, from Selin S.p.A. and from HBC S.p.A. a total of 14,742,223 ordinary Retelit shares, comprising 8,97€ of Retelit's share capital.
