Shareholder Agreement
On February 14, 2018, Retelit S.p.A. (the “Company”) received notice of the signing, as part of a contract concerning, inter alia, company share purchase and sale options, of a shareholder agreement as per Article 122 of Legs. Decree No. 58/1998 (the “Agreement”).

In accordance with the applicable regulation, a complete extract from the Agreement declared compliant with the original and the key information concerning the Agreement, as per Article 130 of the Consob Regulation adopted as per motion No. 11971 of May 14, 1999, are available at the registered office, on the 1info storage mechanism and on the company website at http://www.retelit.it.
