CLARIFICATION ON SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING OF OCTOBER 25 OF RETELIT DIGITAL SERVICE

With regards to the communication made on October 17, 2019, the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting called for October 25 regards Retelit Digital Services S.p.A. (previously e-via S.p.A., “RDS”) and not Retelit S.p.A.. The agenda of the Shareholders’ Meeting includes the approval of the share capital increase proposal and the conferment in kind of the business unit of Retelit involved in the AAE-1 submarine cable from Retelit S.p.A. to RDS.
