E-VIA S.P.A., WHOLLY-OWNED BY RETELIT S.P.A., CHANGES NAME AND BECOMES RETELIT DIGITAL SERVICES S.P.A.

The Shareholders’ Meeting motion of e-via S.p.A., which on April 9, 2019 approved in extraordinary session the change of its name from “e-via S.p.A.” to “Retelit Digital Services S.p.A.”, was today filed at the Milan Companies Registration Office.

The brand identity project stems from the goal to make the name of the subsidiary more recognisable and identifiable with the company, improving internal and external communication.

“We are pleased to announce a further step forward in Retelit Group communication and in our transformation - stated Federico Protto, Chief Executive Officer of the Group - The new name is an expression of our strategic vision, which is increasingly focused on digital innovation-related

services, but also on the opportunity for a new and distinctive corporate look and integrated feel, contributing to improving the recognition of the Group and communication with customers, suppliers and among employees”.

Retelit Digital Services S.p.A. is an operating company possessing the Group’s service platforms and infrastructure, except for the AAE-1 cable share, in addition to the commercial contracts with Customers and Suppliers.
