RESIGNATION OF AN ALTERNATE AUDITOR

Retelit S.p.A. (the “company”) announces that, with communication received today, Mr. Antonio Saviotti has resigned, with immediate effect, from the position of alternate auditor with the company. Mr. Saviotti was appointed by the Shareholders’ Meeting of April 27, 2018, which renewed the entire Board of Statutory Auditors. The supplementation of the Board of Statutory Auditors, with the appointment of a statutory auditor to replace Antonio Saviotti - selected from the minority slate - will take place according to the By-Laws, at the next possible Shareholders' Meeting.
