RETELIT’S CHALLENGE AGAINST “GOLDEN POWERS” EXERCISE AND SANCTIONS SUCCESSFUL

Following on from the press release of November 30, 2018, Retelit S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that the Lazio Regional Administrative Court (TAR) has accepted the Company's challenge against Prime Ministerial Decree of June 7, 2018, by which the special powers provided for in Article 2 of Decree Law No. 21 of March 15, 2012 were exercised, as well as against the Prime Ministerial Decree of November 30, 2018, by which a fine of Euro 140,137.15 was imposed on the Company.
