UPDATED KEY DETAILS OF THE SHAREHOLDERS’ AGREEMENT BETWEEN ATHESIA AND THE FORMER SHAREHOLDERS OF PARTNERS ASSOCIATES GROUP

Following press release dated April 28, 2021, Retelit S.p.A. announces today receipt, pursuant to Article 131, paragraph 2 of Consob Regulation adopted with motion No. 11971 of May 14, 1999, of the updated key details regarding the shareholders’ agreement, as per Article 122, paragraphs 1 and 5, lett. a) and b) of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, entered into between three companies of the Athesia Group and the former shareholders of the Group headed by the company Partners Associates S.p.A. - recently acquired by Retelit Group -.
