Retelit appoints financial reporting Manager pursuant to art. 154-bis of Consolidated law on finance

With the resolution of 12.09.2014, the Retelit Board of Directors appointed Mr Antonio Maconi as Financial Reporting Manager pursuant to Art. 154-bis of the Consolidated Law on Finance. Mr Antonio Maconi has held the role of Chief Financial Officer at the Group since 29.08.2014.

The appointment was passed after hearing the opinion of the Board of Auditors – pursuant to Art. 22 of the Articles of Association – and carried out in line with the requirements of honourability and professionalism prescribed by law.
