RETELIT INVOLVED IN ITALIAN INFRASTRUCTURE DAY 2019

The Chairman Dario Pardi, the Chief Executive Officer Federico Protto and the IR Advisor Vincenza Colucci of CDR Communication will participate at the event.

At one-to-one meetings, the improved results for the first half of 2019 and the future strategies, particularly regarding M&A activities, company’s objectives, will be presented to the national and international financial community. The meetings will also allow for the outlining of the project to separate the Retelit Group’s operations into two companies, which was approved in June. The initiative provides for the creation of a company (Retelit Digital Services) entirely dedicated to the management and promotion of the fiber infrastructure both in Italy and overseas and another newly incorporated company (“NewCo”), dedicated to the commercialisation of customer value added services. The objective of this operation is to provide the Group with the organisational means and the brand capable of growing both in terms of the commercial capacity of the division dedicated to services and on the other to better manage infrastructure, which is one of the most complete and important in Italy.

Italian Equity Week, organised by Borsa Italiana, with the support of Confindustria and in collaboration with Banca IMI – Intesa Sanpaolo Group, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citi, Intermonte SIM, Kepler-Cheuvreux, and Unicredit, brings companies and domestic and international investors specialised in various sectors together and at the same time outlines to non-listed companies the opportunities offered by access to the capital markets. Over the three days, the participating companies (both listed and non-listed) will be involved in strategic sector briefings, an IPO Forum and one-to-one and one-to-many meetings with leading Italian and international investors.
