Shareholders' Agreement between Marbles and Protto

Retelit S.p.A. announces today receipt of communication regarding the signing, on April 23, 2021, of a shareholders’ agreement as per Article 122, paragraphs 1 and 5, lett. d) of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 between the shareholder Marbles S.p.A. (previously, Marbles S.r.l.) and the CEO Federico Protto (the “Agreement”).
