The new Board of Directors of e-via S.p.a. has been appointed
Today the Shareholders' Meeting of E-Via S.p.A., a subsidiary of Retelit S.p.A., was held.

The Shareholders' Meeting appointed the new Board of Directors of E-Via S.p.A., following the termination of the previous Board of Directors due to the resignations given, also today, by Directors Gabriele Pinosa, Majdi Ali Ashibani and Abdelmola Elghali.
