Retelit announces the appointment of Federico Protto, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the company, to the Board of Directors of OWL SpA, the holding company and majority shareholder of TAS Group and other companies.
OWL’s biggest investment is in TAS, listed on the Italian Stock Exchange since 2000, is led by Dario Pardi and Valentino Bravi, specialises in software solutions for electronic money and payment systems and the capital markets and is Italian market leader for card management systems, payment network access and order management.
