APPROVAL OF THE PROPOSAL TO PURCHASE AND DISPOSE OF TREASURY SHARES

It is announced that the Board of Directors of Retelit S.p.A. (“Retelit” or the “Company”) today approved the submittal to the next Shareholders’ Meeting of April 24, 2019 of a request for the authorisation to purchase and dispose of treasury shares in accordance with Articles 2357 and 2357-ter of the Civil Code, in addition to Articles 132 of Legislative Decree No. 58/1998 (“CFA”) and 144-bis and subsequent of the regulation adopted with Consob Motion No. 11971/1999 (“Issuers’ Regulation”).
