RETELIT’S OPERATIONS TO CONTINUE AS CONSIDERED ESSENTIAL BY NEW PRIME MINISTERIAL DECREE OF MARCH 22, 2020

Retelit S.p.A. (MTA: LIT.MI), Italian leader in fiber optic infrastructure and digital transformation projects, listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, announces that in accordance with the latest Prime Ministerial Decree dated March 22, 2020, which introduced new measures to contain Covid-19 contagion in Italy, all Group companies will continue as usual their operations, as they are included among those permitted ("Annex 1", ATECO codes 61 and 62).
In this critical emergency context, Retelit has also promptly activated all the precautions required and recommended in terms of protecting its employees, collaborators, customers and suppliers, minimizing the presence of personnel at offices through the organization of an efficient smart working system and control and disinfection procedures.
In particular, Retelit has made its expertise and infrastructure available to customers and partners in order to rapidly strengthen ICT environments, which are particularly critical in this period, to guarantee efficient remote work and to support companies and the Public Sector that are providing fundamental services for Italian citizens.
