Notice of dissolution of Shareholders' agreement

Retelit S.p.A. (the “Company”) announces to having received notice that on May 21, 2021, the shareholders’ agreement as per Article 122, paragraph 1 and paragraph 5, letter a) and b) of the CFA, signed on April 23, 2021 between three companies of the Athesia Group and the former shareholders of the Group headed by the company Partners Associates S.p.A, was dissolved due to the expiry of its term.
