PUBLICATION OF THE REPORT ON THE REMUNERATION POLICY AND COMPENSATION PAID

With regard to the press release dated April 29, 2021, concerning the publication, at that date, of the Report on the remuneration policy and compensation paid in accordance with Article 123-ter of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, Retelit S.p.A. announces that a new version of such Report is available at the registered office of the Company, on the Company website www.retelit.it (Investors / Corporate governance / Report on remuneration) and on the 1INFO authorized storage mechanism at www.1info.it. Such new version contains, as better detailed on the first page of the Report, a comparison of Retelit’s consolidated results with respect to the last two financial years, which was not contained in the previous version because of a clerical error.
