GALA chooses Retelit as strategic ICT partner

An ultra-broadband network between its offices, a secure Internet connection, ISO 27001 certified housing services and cloud storage services: GALA has awarded Retelit a contract to provide it with telecommunications and data centre services for the next three years.
GALA, a leading player in the free energy market in Italy, ranking in the top ten by volume of electrical power sold and distinguished for its development and application of innovative technologies in providing services for the benefit of its customers, has chosen the very high-performance and high-security solution custom-tailored by Retelit for its ICT platform. A next-generation ultra-broadband MPLS VPN service to connect GALA's five main offices to one another, including high-capacity Internet access associated with a personalised security service based on advanced firewalls. The technology and infrastructure solution designed and implemented by Retelit includes end-to-end control of all services so as to identify and manage applications as a function of their users, without neglecting prevention and content verification mechanisms.

The VPN solution is in addition to the cutting-edge housing service at Retelit's highly reliable proprietary data centres, certified ISO 27001 compliant, and cloud-storage solutions for data back-up. All services are managed and guaranteed, end to end, by a dedicated customer care office.
