RETELIT PARTICIPATES IN THE VIRTUAL STAR CONFERENCE – FALL EDITION 2020

The event, organized by Borsa Italiana, is dedicated to companies listed on the STAR segment that will meet, during virtual one-to-one and group meetings, international and domestic institutional investors interested in leading Italian companies.  

The event will be attended by the Chairman Dario Pardi and the CEO Federico Protto, the CFO Mirko Endrizzi, the Head of Business Development & Group Controller Marco Calzolari and the IR Advisor Vincenza Colucci. 

On this occasion, Retelit Management will present, among other things, the positive results achieved in 1H 2020, the first to see the consolidation of Gruppo PA following the acquisition on 14 January 2020. The first half of the year saw an improvement in all economic-financial ratios with revenues of over €67 million and a gross operating margin (EBITDA) of €20.5 million, with an EBITDA margin of 30.2%. The event will also be an opportunity to present the progress of the integration processes of the two recently acquired companies, Gruppo PA and Brennercom, the latter formally completed at the end of July, and the business outlook for the end of the year.
