Data Security: Retelit’s Cloud Object Storage obtains ACN qualification

Retelit, a leading company in Italy in the Telco & ICT sector and fully focused on the B2B market, has obtained qualification from the National Cybersecurity Agency (ACN) for its Cloud Object Storage service, the cloud-based storage system powered by Wasabi technology designed to securely and scalably store and manage large volumes of unstructured data.
The qualification certifies that the service meets the security, reliability, and resilience requirements set by national cybersecurity regulations, ensuring that the solution can be adopted by Public Administration and organizations handling sensitive information with the certainty that data is protected and managed according to strict standards.

The Retelit Cloud Object Storage, the only ACN-qualified solution in Italy based on Wasabi technology, uses the industry-standard S3 (Simple Storage Service) protocol, allowing data to be saved and retrieved easily and instantly. The service offers the same performance, management portals, and purchasing methods as Wasabi, guaranteeing a fully equivalent international experience with a decisive advantage: Retelit’s cloud storage ensures full data sovereignty for information stored and processed in Wasabi’s Italian region hosted in Retelit’s data centers.

The service relies on the digital infrastructure of Avalon 3, Retelit’s data center hosting Wasabi’s only Italian region.
