Retelit completes the integration of MavianMax and strengthens its network and offering with FWA radio connections for the B2B and Wholesale market.

Retelit, a leading company in Italy in the Telco & ICT sector and entirely focused on the B2B market, announces the merger by incorporation of MavianMax, effective January 1. The operation represents the final step in the integration process of the national operator highly specialized in ultra-low latency FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) radio technologies.
The integration of MavianMax allows Retelit to extend its network with over 500 access points and coverage of 98% of industrial sites, offering high-capacity FWA solutions that ensure ultra-fast data transmission, even in critical geographic areas where fiber is unavailable or cannot guarantee sufficient performance.

The offering is designed to meet the needs of the most critical and sensitive sectors, where data exchange speed is a decisive factor. Ultra-low latency FWA solutions are applied in areas such as telemedicine for remote patient monitoring and clinical exams, financial transactions, real-time drone control, and live streaming of sports events or entertainment shows. The extremely low latency, with an average Round Trip Time of less than 4 milliseconds, supports business-critical applications requiring immediate decisions, while dedicated and symmetrical connectivity, with speeds up to 10 Gbit/s, ensures high performance and operational continuity even in high-frequency trading, where every millisecond can make a difference.
